Please Check if you have this Cancer Causing Agent in your Shampoo

This is an excerpt from the article 'Tests Find Cancer-Causing Chemical In 98 Personal Care Products'. Please click on the link to read the entire article. As soon as I read this post, I ran to check out the ingredients of the shampoo I'm using at the moment. Both the J& J baby shampoo and my Herbal Esssence shampoo have a component of Cocamide but not Cocamide DEA. Not sure if they are the same or are they different. It would be nice to get some clarification on this.
If you do know the difference, please let us know. There is also a list of products mentioned in this article that are said to contain Cocamide DEA. Some of the brands mentioned and available in India is Pantene, Paul Mitchell, Lush, Palmers, Moroccan Oil. Not all the products in the above mentioned brand are said to contain Cocamide DEA.
WE have enough health issues as it is and we definitely don't need to get cancer from our shampoos 🙁

Fitness Journal: Getting Out of Sedentary Life

The past 5 years i have been lazy and that coupled with health issues, I have let go of my fitness. I don't weigh as much as I used to when i had thyroid issues, but i still haven't lost some of my pregnancy weight and am definitely not in shape. Some might argue that round is a shape but i don't even want to humour that anymore.
