Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color in Pink Rave – Review & Swatches

Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color in Pink Rave

Milani is one of the favorite brands as the products are super-pigmented and they come at an affordable cost. My favorite Milani products are the Milani Color Statement lipstick in Red Label and the Milani Color Perfect Lipstick in Rosehip. So far, all the Milani products have awed me. Let’s see how the Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color fairs.

Here’s what the brand has to say about this product.

Satisfy your craving for shockingly intense, super-shiny, full lip color with Lip Intense Liquid Color. Lip Intense applies like a high shine gloss, but has the longevity and wear of a lipstick.  The sponge-tip applicator allows for a fast, easy, and precise application. Paraben-free.

My Thoughts on this Product:

Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color

Milani lip products are well known for their excellent pigmentation and coverage. The Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color also keeps up this claim and offers excellent color pay-off. The pigmentation is so strong that all it requires a single application.

It comes in a lip gloss-like packaging and applies like a lipstick. It leaves a slight stain on my lips too!

It has a non-drying formula, provides full coverage and at the same time feel very light on the lips.

It applies evenly gives a velvety matte finish that I’m simply in love with. On top of this, it does not bleed or feather and you can skip using a lip liner for this one.

Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color

There is absolutely zero stickiness and I’m immensely grateful for this.

The Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color comes in 4 vibrant and eye-catching shades; Red Extreme, Violet Addict, Fiery Coral and Pink Rave.

All the 4 shades are loud and vivacious and an excellent choice to wear this summer or anytime for that matter.

The shade Pink Rave is a nice and bright Pink color. Lately, I seem to be accumulating a lot of lip products in this shade.

Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color

The Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color lasts for about 3 hours and even on fading, it leaves behind a moderate stain on the lips. I wish the stain was much intense than this. 3 hours is not exactly an extraordinary time, but since the product never claimed to be a long wear and simply mentioned that it has the longevity of a lipstick, this is a debatable topic.

The packaging is simple, cute and definitely travel-friendly. The applicators serves the purpose and is quite sturdy.

Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color

Now, let’s see what I hate about this product; it has a weird smell. Not many have complained about it, but the one I have has a strong chemical smell to it. This must be a faulty product or something.

  • Paraben-free
  • Bright shades
  • Applicator provides precise application
  • Amazing color pay-off
  • Applies evenly
  • Not sticky
  • Light-weight
  • Non-drying formula

  • Has a chemical smell

I love this shade but not going to use it because of the smell. L
